Ron invites his older brother Mike to the house he bought as a wedding gift for his fiancée Amy. But the dilapidated structure seems to encourage old antagonisms to arise between the two and the ensuing confrontation threatens to ruin Ron's surprise for Amy who is due to arrive at any moment.
